- Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for short-term management of moderate to severe pain. It is not a narcotic, opioid, or controlled substance, it is a NSAID and a non-habit forming alternative for pain management and relief.
- This medication blocks the body from producing natural substances that cause inflammation, pain, and fever.
- Administered as an intramuscular injection (deltoid or glute).
- Relief experienced about 30 minutes after administration and its effects can last up to 6 hours (full impact felt after 1-2 hours).
